Our Strength Training Sessions (STS) are an amazing opportunity to slow things down and learn proper ways to gain strength. Although we will push you to increase the resistance over time, strength training is not always about lifting heavyweights. Truly, it's about building a strong structure that will allow you to lift as much as you feel like. We will continuously teach you how to build a stronger structure in our Strength Training Sessions, you will be absolutely amazed at your capability to become strong - and a lot of the time, you will not gain this type of strength by using heavy weights. We can't wait for you to experience how strong you can become by improving the strength of your structure!
