Group Personal Training Program

Our schedule contains over 70 training sessions to choose from throughout the week, enabling clients to find training sessions that meet the needs of their weekly schedules. After your initial consultation and onboarding process, these sessions are booked just one hour in advance through our online scheduling software. Numerous time slots and training levels are available. Our trainers will provide excellent instruction to everyone, learn about you as an individual, giving you the best coaching and advice to quickly progress you toward your goals. Overall, our group training program is designed to accommodate different fitness levels and experiences. Our trainers are well prepared, know who will be in each session, and are able to provide any type of modification so that you can feel safe, confident, and comfortable as you are working out. These sessions are constantly challenging you to do your best, train smart, and work to improve your overall health and fitness.

Group Training Sessions

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is where our entire group training program originated, formally called Boot Camps. These sessions are designed to motivate you to be at your best and surround you with like-minded people. This energy fills the room and pushes people to give it their all. Strength & Conditioning Sessions are based on interval training and incorporates all different kinds of equipment, strategy, time intervals, and challenge. Clients tend to be so focused on the different exercises, find tuning their own technique that sometimes they do not realize all the people around them. In other words, there is no need to be intimidated by this session, it’s the bread and butter of our training philosophy, it will have you in great shape, feeling amazing in a short amount of time!

The Strength & Conditioning Session truly can be a session that you make your own. You can go 100 mph (well, under supervision), you can really slow it down to practice your technique, and anywhere in between. These sessions will include a variety of drills, plyometrics, partner training, challenges, obstacles, agilities, strength and conditioning. It’s such a great session for community, camaraderie, and being around people who are working towards being fit, healthy, and happy in their everyday lives.



Strength Training Session (STS)

Our Strength Training Sessions (STS) are an amazing opportunity to slow things down and learn proper ways to gain strength. Although we will push you to increase the resistance over time, strength training is not always about lifting heavyweights. Truly, it's about building a strong structure that will allow you to lift as much as you feel like. We will continuously teach you how to build a stronger structure in our Strength Training Sessions, you will be absolutely amazed at your capability to become strong - and a lot of the time, you will not gain this type of strength by using heavy weights. We can't wait for you to experience how strong you can become by improving the strength of your structure!

Stick Mobility is a training system that improves our strength, mobility, coordination, & flexibility. It allows us to train in a safe and sustainable manner which will help with the longevity of our joints, tendons, and ligaments. Stick mobility can help us achieve better body mechanics when it comes to footwork, elevation, and range of motion. The stretches and strengthening movements performed allow us to utilize the entire body. ALL planes of motion will be incorporated in the session.

Building mobility AND strength simultaneously ultimately will help us with longevity and better balance our muscles and fascia lines up the entire kinetic chain. The Mobility Stick provides visual and kinesthetic feedback to clients and coaches to enhance body awareness and learning. ... Kinesthetic feedback creates awareness and activation of different muscles, fascial lines, and joint positions and improves body awareness.

Boxing is a great way to get in shape without even realizing it. Are you someone who does not necessarily enjoy exercise, but understands the importance of physical activity? Boxing is a face paced, flow state workout that will have you saying “is it over already?” and wanting more. Boxing is a great cardiovascular, strength, mobility, and mental fortitude workout. It also helps with hand eye coordination while also reducing stress. Because boxing is mostly metabolic conditioning it will improve body composition. Boxing also is one of the best things that you can do to help improve motor function and coordination. Making it a great exercise for anyone trying to improve their activities of daily living.

Strength Training Sessions (STS) will incorporate the use of Dumbells and/or Kettlebells. We will also be using a mini band (small elastic band typically used around the lower leg) from time to time.

Our Boxing sessions are fun, fast-paced and will allow you to blow off some steam. You will learn the key foundations of boxing while strengthing the entire body. Your strength, power, and conditioning will all be challenged as you build coordination and establish your athleticism!! We incorporate four main punches - the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut -allowing for some fun, effective combinations to keep clients on their toes. Our boxing sessions offer benefits that can be applied to other workouts and daily activities. If you do not have experience with boxing, no need to worry, these sessions are designed for all levels and experience.

We are all at different places in our fitness and our overall health. The purpose of the RiseUP session is to allow you to challenge where you are and push yourself beyond that point.
