Group Personal Training

Group Personal Training (GPT, Boot Camp, TRX/KB, Feel Good)

Our schedule contains over 60 training sessions to choose from throughout the week, enabling clients to find training sessions that meet the needs of their weekly schedules. After your initial consultation and onboarding process, these sessions are booked just one hour in advance through our online scheduling software. Numerous time slots and training levels are available. With GPT’s as small as 2-8 participants, trainers can provide excellent instruction to everyone, learn about you as an individual, giving you the best coaching and advice to quickly progress you toward your goals. For those looking for a larger group setting to get a high-energy workout, we also offer group training sessions consisting of 10 to 30 participants - Boot Camps and Strength Training Sessions. Overall, our group training program is designed to accommodate different fitness levels and experience. Our trainers are well prepared, knowing who will be in each session and are able to provide any type of modification so that you can feel safe, confident, and comfortable as you are working out. These sessions are constantly challenging you to do your best, train smart, and work to improve your overall health and fitness.

Group Training Sessions

Strength Training Session - 50

Our 50 minute Strength Training Sessions are all about strengthening the entire body using two specific pieces of equipment. The TRX is a suspension trainer and the Kettlebell is a cast iron weight. These sessions are designed around a stronger strategy of exercise and will target all major muscle groups. The TRX is an amazing tool we use to develop tons of core strength as well as strengthening the body's joints. The kettlebell is designed to functionally challenge the body’s ability to move weight. Our kettlebells weigh as little as 8 pounds all the way to 70 pounds. This session is for all levels and anyone looking to safely add serious overall strength. All participants will be taken through a well rounded dynamic warm-up in preparation of the strength routine. This session is a client favorite!!!

Boot Camp

Our Boot Camp sessions are designed to motivate you to be at your best! These sessions tend to have a lot of people and a ton of energy. This energy fills the room and pushes people to give it their all. Boot Camp is based on interval training and we design our workouts to be a combination of all our sessions. We will incorporate just about any type of equipment, strategy, time frame, and challenge into our boot camps. One of the coolest parts of these sessions is once you get started, clients tend to be so focused on the different exercises, sometimes they do not realize all the people around them. This truly can be a session that you make your own. You can go 100 mph (well, under supervision), you can really slow it down to practice your technique, and anywhere in between. Sessions will include a variety of drills, plyometrics, partner training, challenges, obstacles, agilities, strength and conditioning. Such a great session for community, camaraderie, and being around people who are working towards being fit, healthy, and happy in their everyday lives.

GPT - 1

Our GPT 1 sessions are designed to lay the foundation for proper movement and body awareness. You will be working on basic foundational exercises such as the squat, push up, lunge, and row. Maximizing the range of motion of these simple movements will allow clients to safely progress towards more challenging exercises – leading to quicker gains physically and mentally. Clients who attend these sessions can anticipate the trainer really honing in on the little details of each movement, which will not only set you up for success, but challenge you more than you would think. You can also expect to be using some more traditional equipment such as dumbbells, medicine balls, steps, etc. No matter your fitness level, we can all work on the foundation of our movements, these sessions will set you up to have confidence in some of our other training sessions.

GPT - 2

Our GPT 2 sessions are designed to up the ante a little bit, building on the foundation the client has built over time. You will be increasing the difficulty of foundational movements by adding imbalances, advanced equipment, and powerful movements. Once the foundation has been laid, we will challenge you mentally and physically to increase the demands on your body. These sessions will be fun and exciting as you get to try new exercises and equipment. We will also attempt to break down some mental barriers in these sessions. Safely of course. Trying things we are not accustomed to can be scary, our trainers will be right there to encourage and ensure your safety when smashing your fears!

GPT - 3

Our GPT 3 sessions are designed to challenge you in a way that tests your limits. We do this in a variety of ways: very little rest, multiple exercises for similar muscle groups, advanced movements and equipment, instability, etc. Clients can expect to be pushed beyond what they think they can do, while being smart and safe in this session. Just as any training session you do, the workout is what you put into it regardless if it is a body weight workout or a “fancy” workout with lots of equipment. We combine all types of training methods in this session, just come pumped up and have your “A” game ready!! We will coach you to the finish line.

Early Bird Session

Our Early Bird Sessions are a combination of all the GPT sessions. This session will provide clients with a lot of foundational coaching while incorporating many different pieces of fitness equipment. These sessions are high on energy as there tend to be more participants at this time slot. It is crucial that you wake up early, have a little something to eat and get to the gym 20-30 minutes before the start of your session to get loosened up. You will have a much better workout and set yourself up for an amazing day.

Feel Good Training

Our Feel-Good sessions are all about being kind to your body. In this session, we will encourage you to break up tight tissue using self-massage tools, improve flexibility through stretching, improve the integrity of your joints through stability, and increase mobility through activity. We will teach you proper ways to recover from some of the higher intensity workouts. You (and your body) will leave this session with your mind more relaxed, your muscles feeling less tense, and an overwhelming feeling that you just did something really good for yourself.

Strength Training Session - 30

Our 30 minute Strength Training Sessions are all about strengthening the body using two specific pieces of equipment. The TRX is a suspension trainer and the Kettlebell is a cast iron weight. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to get properly warmed up for this terrific strength based session.

Boxing

Our Boxing sessions are fun, fast-paced and will allow you to blow off some steam. You will learn the key foundations of boxing while strengthing the entire body. Your strength, power, and conditioning will all be challenged as you build coordination and establish your athleticism!! We incorporate four main punches - the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut -allowing for some fun, effective combinations to keep clients on their toes. Our boxing sessions offer benefits that can be applied to other workouts and daily activities. If you do not have experience with boxing, no need to worry, these sessions are designed for all levels and experience.

RiseUP

Our RiseUP session is designed to challenge you mentally, physically, and test your overall fitness level. These sessions will be pre-designed workouts that will be recordable and repeatable.

- Inspire you to be more focused and dedicated to your nutrition, hydration, recovery, and sleep - all which will lead to a healthier lifestyle
- Build your competitive spirit, specifically within yourself

We are all at different places in our fitness and our overall health. The purpose of the RiseUP session is to allow you to challenge where you are and push yourself beyond that point.
